“Did you know as many as 50% of all species on earth are heading towards extinction by 2050 due to human activities? Well you do know!”

Hi. My name is Zoe and I am 15 yers old. My school has been given this amazing opportunity to spend a whole FOUR weeks away expedition in Kenya. This is the first time our school has ever done something like this and it would be truly amazing if I was able to go. I feel as if this would be a life changing experience for me to participate in this expedition.

Every project I work on, will have a great impact on the local community and the unique approach of empowering community leaders and developing relationships built on trust and honesty. This enables me to be able to work with these local communities to create transformational projects, meeting their needs and changing lives.

A few examples of these projects would be:

  • Building desks for school children, who would otherwise be sat on the floor learning
  • Building classrooms to provide children with a safe learning environment
  • Digging elephant holes, helping them to survive in the dry
  • Making ethical elephant deterrents to protect local crops which would then reduce elephant poaching and increase crop production.

We would also be helping local communities by installing fresh water tanks at schools and in villages. So far, Camps International projects have helped protect 100,000 hectares of wilderness and impacted the lives of 120,000 people!

To take part in the life enhancing opportunity, I need to raise £5000!!! So any donations would be greatly appreciated. Please come to my event, it will be fun and I can say thank you to every for helping me.

Thank you so much for all the support you have given me. I cannot wait to embark on this experience I have been given.
